What data and why. When you send a form on this site, book a call or email me, I process your name, email address, message and, on the audit page, the audit format you chose. I use them to answer your inquiry and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. The calculator form also sends what you entered in the calculator: process name, number of people, volumes, minutes per task, hourly rate, automation share and human review time, costs, the calculated result and a link to the calculation.

Recipients. Form messages pass through Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India), which forwards them to my inbox. If you book a call, your name, email and chosen time are processed by Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). My email is hosted by Hostinger. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA), which logs IP addresses. This means data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, to India and the USA. GitHub states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for India; Web3Forms states that it complies with the GDPR.
Retention. I keep correspondence while it lasts and for no longer than 12 months after the last message. If we sign a contract, I keep the data as long as tax law and limitation periods require.
Your rights. You can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to artem@kholomyanskiy.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Voluntary. Providing data is voluntary. Without an email address I cannot reply.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses no cookies or analytics tools and does not track visitors. When you switch the site language, your browser remembers the choice (localStorage, key site-lang). It stays on your device and is not sent to any server. You can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.
Automated decisions. I make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
