A specification that lets an AI agent or developer build what you need, with the result checked against agreed criteria.
Familiar story: you described your idea to Claude Code or Cursor, got a working prototype in an evening, felt great. Two weeks later you're spending 4 hours a day fixing what worked yesterday. Every fix breaks something else.
The cause is almost always the same. The project has no specification. For every task, the agent re-guesses what you meant. Sometimes it guesses right. More often it misses, and the misses accumulate until the project stops responding to changes.
A complete technical specification is written, so that AI development stops being guesswork. Document package:
System structure, data models, module boundaries.
Rules the system is not allowed to break. Verifiable, with conditions.
Unified terms so the agent doesn't confuse entities between sessions.
What the agent may change, what is prohibited, how to verify its own work.
Sequence of work with acceptance criteria for each phase.
The methodology is open and published: ANSS Standard on GitHub. You can review the approach before paying.
The specification is written for tasks that have already been chosen. If it isn't clear yet which tasks in your department are worth automating, start with a process audit: it shows what to automate and in what order.
Prices are net, excluding VAT.
The price is fixed and quoted after a free 30-minute conversation. No hourly billing: you pay for results.
The specification belongs to you entirely. You can take it to any developer, with no dependency on its author.
If the audit reveals the project is easier to rewrite than to save, this will be said directly before work begins.
Briefly describe your situation. The reply is an invitation to a free 30-minute call.

Not sure which format fits, or whether you need a specification at all? A free 30-min call helps sort out the task and decide where to start. For a deeper review there is an hourly consultation.
