A review of a specific task with a consultant working on the client's side: whether it is worth automating, where to start, where the risks are. If there isn't enough data to decide, the outcome is a list of what needs to be checked. There is no obligation to order further stages.
The first 30 minutes are free: getting to know the task and choosing the format. The review itself, preparation and the summary are part of the paid meeting.

Hands-on work on a specific process using the client's materials and tools. Usually one and a half to two hours. Sessions can run as a series.
Outcome: a process worked through, an approach tested or a piece configured. The expected outcome is agreed before the meeting. A finished automation within one session is not promised.
One-off consultation: from 150 zł/hour, net.
Working session: from 250 zł/hour, net.
Preparation and the summary are included. A one-off consultation covers the question and a small amount of material. Reviewing a large contractor proposal, a repository or a set of documents is agreed separately.
Meeting length, from one hour in 30-minute steps, is agreed in advance. A meeting can be extended by mutual agreement, with each extra 30 minutes paid separately.
Payment in advance for the agreed time. For regular work, a monthly invoice is possible.
A meeting can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. A later cancellation or a no-show counts as a held meeting. If the client is late, the meeting still ends at the agreed time. If the consultant reschedules, the client chooses a new date or a refund.
Consultations are held in Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. They are not available in English.
A consultation answers a specific question. A full map of the department's processes and an estimate of the effect are part of the process audit. The document a contractor builds the solution from is the specification. Payback can be estimated before the meeting with the calculator.
