For a company that knows which task it wants to solve but not which solution to choose. A pre-project survey, a comparison of options and a solution concept with a recommendation, before money goes into development or subscriptions.
The first 30 minutes are free: getting to know the task and estimating the scope.
The task is clear, but there are several ways to solve it: a ready-made service, configuring systems already in place, or a custom build. Vendors propose different things, and there is nothing to compare their offers against. The solution will touch several systems or departments, and a wrong choice will be costly.
A "Solution Concept" document: goal and success criteria, current situation, comparison of options, recommendation with rationale. If a custom build is needed, the document includes the solution's components, tools and integrations, the implementation order by priority, and a complexity estimate.
The recommendation can also be: nothing needs to be built, a ready-made service covers the task. For the company this is usually the cheapest outcome.
One process or department, several solution options.
Several systems, integrations, phased rollout.
Prices are net, excluding VAT. The final price is fixed after a free 30-minute call.
If there is one task and the solution is obvious, there is nothing to design: a consultation is enough, and the document for a contractor is the specification. A full map of a department's tasks with an estimate of freed-up hours comes from the process audit. Solution design does not include building or rollout. A specification based on the finished concept can be ordered here, written in-house, or ordered from another contractor.
